Food 4 Future – ExpoFoodTech 2021 expects to bring together 5,000 food and beverage industry professionals from over 20 countries at the BEC-Bilbao Exhibition Centre from June 15 to 17. “Food 4 Future is an event designed by and for the industry—backed by more than 170 business organizations from various countries—aimed at helping the food sector tackle the challenges of the coming decade and develop healthier food options for a growing population.”
Food 4 Future, organized by NEBEXT and AZTI, will also feature over 200 exhibiting companies showcasing their most innovative solutions, equipment, technology, and projects, alongside 280 international experts in biotechnology, food science and safety, digitalization, blockchain, artificial intelligence, automation, and robotics.
Japan’s i-Tokyo University, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Ameztoi Anaiak, Campofrío, Bonduelle, Coca-Cola, Angulas Aguinaga, and Danone will present their industrial transformation projects in Bilbao.
Over the course of three days, nearly 300 international speakers and more than 56 sessions will present key insights for addressing the current challenges facing the food industry. The agenda will center on three main themes: digitalization, sustainability, and healthy eating.
